Rivas Tree Service is incredible. This is my second time doing a project with Rivas team. From the begining the professionalism and customer service was excellent. The advise and support was on point. I had a project of pruning trees, bush removals, and two large tree removal. The turnaround of planning to work being done was within a week and half. Great timeline based on the availability and schedule. The team that came over to do the work were safe, efficient, and completed the work within an hour. That was very impressive. I had time to meet them all were kind and customer friendly. Very accommodating and delivered the service with precision. If you have a tree, shrub, removal, or stump removal, you have to use this fantastic company and team.

I would highly recommend Rivas Tree Service. They took down an 80' plus tree right next to the lake in one day and did a fantastic job. You would never even know the tree was there. They also ground the 6' diameter tree stump and removed all the tree grindings. Also, trimmed and pruned other trees in the yard. They are professional, fast and clean. Great Job!

Very pleased with the service from Rivas Tree Service. I had old growth trees (in excess of 40-50 ft.) needing trimming. The crew treated the trees with respect, used ladders and ropes rather than tree spikes. Removed all the cuttings and raked the yard after they were done. I would definitely recommend them and will use their services in the future.

Al and the Rivas Tree Service team were in our area working. Without an appointment we asked if they could come by and give us a hand removing some trees. 30 minutes later, the trees were down! I recommend Rivas Tree Service without reservation! Al, the owner, is an Arborist and he is licensed. His crew is friendly, efficient, they clean up and do an amazing job. Their equipment is the latest and there are NEVER any mishaps...even with the largest trees on our property. And their prices are VERY reasonable -- always lower than any other tree service. I have used Rivas Tree Service for the past five years and will never go back to hiring people who are not skilled or licensed. They are, and you can tell.

We have used Rivas a number of times since buying our home last summer. What brought us to them the first time was their honesty and real value - they did not come looking to rip us off, they came in to build a relationship and make a fair amount for their efforts. We have come to find that their work ethic, integrity, honesty and reliability are really off the charts, and we have had them back three more times to help with other projects. I live on a ravin with a creek. We had several dead trees on the hill and in the ravine. As well as a monster willow tree that had been blocking the creek for years. Most tree service companies wouldn't even want to deal with the tree blocking the creek. Al's team cut it into manageable sections and the last giant root section they used a winch down the hill leveraged off a tree and pulled it out of the middle of the creek. It's made all the difference. We wanted to save a lot of the wood for our fire pit and Al's team cut it up and stacked it for us. Al gave us a fair price, and worked with us on a difficult job. We will definitely use Al and his team again.

Both Al and Liz were very friendly, responsive and informative when I contacted them for an estimate and their opinion on what needed to be done. The rate that I was given was very reasonable, and I felt very confident with all the advice I had received. On the day they came to do the work, there were quite a few guys with Al, and the work was done very quickly and efficiently. They removed three huge pine trees for me and trimmed a large number of additional trees. They even helped trim back a few bushes for me when they learned that I was having the house painted soon. Cleanup was excellent as well. I was actually quite amazed at how quick and efficient the entire process was! Thank you so much for doing such a great job!

She responded to emails quickly, friendly, and most important accurately. For example, I knew exactly when the crew was coming out. Al the owner is friendly and knowledgeable. "I can't say enough good things about Rivas Tree Service. The absolute best customer service we've had from anyone in years! First of all Al came out to give us a quote the day after I called, around 7pm, after putting in a full day. Liz called before he arrived to give us the heads up. Al explained how they would go about removing the massive tree, and all that was included in his price. My husband was very impressed. Next I worked with Liz to schedule a day. The bottom line is they ended up rearranged their schedule in order to accommodate us (we were going out of town), and they were even short one guy who was out ill. The removal was a sight to behold. It took five men all day, but was carefully done. They had to remove a portion of our fence (which they put back together) to transport the sections of tree to the front of the house for chipping and haul away. They left the yard completely clean. We highly recommend Rivas Tree Service, and will definitely use them again."

Wonderful recommendation. Cut down an enormous Oak tree. They accommodated my schedule by coming out within a few days. They probably would have come sooner if it hadn't rained. Al and Liz were pleasant and very responsible. Al who is certified in this field, led the efficient, careful and amazing crew. We watched in amazement and they choreographed the removal. It was a huge tree next to my house and my neighbors and they removed it with no harm to the surroundings. I would recommend them without any reservations. They were reasonably priced.

The team were incredible! Extremely professional and considerate and their work impeccable! Al was very kind and understanding as he listened and responded to our needs in what was a very urgent situation as our tree fell on our neighbors power line during an overnight storm. Can't say enough about this crew. There should be more than just 5 stars as an option here. They deserve many more!

We used Rivas last year to remove 34 Siberian Elms, some 60 feet tall, from our property. They beat everyone's quote by a lot and did a very professional job. Not a twig was dropped out of place. We won't ever use anyone else to work on our property. 5 stars is not enough!
